How to Register Your Child:

To register your child please download the Registration Form and the Release and Indemnity Agreement and drop them in the mail along with a check for the full amount payable to Kids Nature Adventures. Please remember to calculate and include payment for any before/after care you may require.

2012 KNA Registration Form

The Release and Indemnity Agreement must be signed before participating in any Kids Nature Adventure activities. Kids Nature Adventures uses a van to transport participants to outdoor locations around the Bay Area and offers a wonderful experience for our participants. However, like any outdoor activity there are some inherent risks. The purpose for this disclosure is not to cause undo concern, but to inform you of the risks connected with the fun, excitement and adventure of our program.
